OUR INVENTION IS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING FACTS:

AVERAGE ANNUAL TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY INCREASE

According to scientists, the average temperature in the Czech Republic should increase at least by one degree Celsius by 2040 and by 2.5 degrees by 2060. There will be more tropical days with temperatures over 30 degrees and fewer frost days. Global warming will lead to increasing atmospheric humidity, which – unlike CO2 – has a significant greenhouse effect.

HUMID ENVIRONMENT AND HEAT CAUSE DAMAGE

The frequent alternation of heat waves and normal temperatures disturb the stability of materials. Solid objects expand in hot and shrink in cold temperatures. Changes in air humidity and rapid temperature variations damage also interiors of the buildings. In the course of time, humidity of walls in older buildings increases. If we do not address this issue, we will face detrimental effects on human health, wall damage and increased cost of heating.

FOR THESE REASONS, WE HAVE DEVELOPED PIO, A UNIQUE CZECH SYSTEM


(PIO – abbreviation of Over-Pressure Dehumidification with Ion Creation in Czech) is a computer-controlled ventilation based on overpressure and negative ion creation.
The PIO in the space exerts higher pressure on all surfaces (even on the water level), thus preventing evaporation and inducing ongoing drying of the surrounding structures.

An important element of the system is an ionizer, which enhances dehumidifying efficiency, while creating a healthier environment. Negative ions have a positive effect on humans and their health. The entire PIO ventilation process is controlled using a unit that monitors the ratios inside and outside the building.
Ideal is to combine the PIO with a radiant heating system.
